Library Dedication at take place, Sunday, March 14 during 10:30 am Worship Service: Please join us as we dedicate the wonderful library in the new church wing and thank Emmet T. for all of his volunteer time organizing the library.

Movie Night on Wednesday, March 17: A group from LPPC going to see the movie, "Invictus", a powerful story of forgiveness, on Wednesday, March 17. The showing is at Cinemark Movies 8 (4591 San Mateo) at 6:30pm. Cost is $2.50 per ticket. Questions, contact Pastor Elizabeth. All are welcome.

Spring Equinox Celebration, "Now Our Minds Are One", Saturday March 20, at 5:00 pm: Please join us for a time of reflection and thanksgiving at the end of the winter for the gifts that have sustained us through the long season of darkness and cold. One Great Hours of Sharing Collection during Easter: we will be collecting an offering during Easter for the "One Great Hour of Sharing", when Presbyterians have joined with Christians throughout the nation responding to God’s love for all people by joyfully sharing that love with people in need. LPPC is taking seriously the increased risks associated with this year's flu season: On Sunday mornings, we will pass the peace in a way that does not transmit germs and are thinking the ways we celebrate communion. Guidelines for hand washing during flu season are now posted in the bathrooms. Hand sanitizer is available for use where many gather and food may be consumed. Thanks for your attention to everyone’s good health this flu season! Please watch the weekly bulletin for more information. Call the Pastor at the church office with any questions at 876-5718.

Office Closing and Sunday Service Cancellation Policy: The Church Business Office will close due to inclement weather according to the same guidelines as the Bernalillo Public Schools. (If the schools are on two hour delay, the office is on two hour delay. If the schools close for the day, the office is closed for the day.) Closings are announced on local TV stations via a runner on the bottom of the TV screen.
If Sunday Worship Services are cancelled due to inclement weather, it will be announced on KOAT Channel 7. It will also be announced on the church voicemail message: 505-867-5718.
