Committees

Our church has several hard working all volunteer committees doing the work of the church. Each committee is led by a chair which is elected by the members of that committee. All committees report in writing to Session on a monthly basis. These reports are incorporated into the Session minutes to inform the congregation about their latest activities. The Adult Education Committee oversees the education opportunities for adults.

The Building Committee meets as necessary.

Comfort & Joy Peace Shawl Ministry meets every other month.

The Earth Care Fellowship usually meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm.

The Fellowship Committee usually meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 2pm.

The Finance Committee meets monthly just prior to Session.

The Grounds Committee has Saturday morning workdays scheduled throughout the year as needed.

The Membership & Evangelism Committee usually meets the 2nd Monday of the month at 2pm.

The Mission Committee usually meets at 11:30am on the 3^rdSunday of Jan, Mar, May, Sept, & Nov.

The Nominating Committee meets yearly to create the slate for new Elders and Deacons.

The Personnel Committee oversees all the paid employees of the church.

The Stewardship Committee meets in the late Summer and Fall to plan and run the campaign .

The Worship Committee usually meets the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7pm. They over see the choirs of the church.
