Administrator and Assistant to the Pastor
Cory Franklin
As the Church Administrator, Cory is responsible for production of LPPC’s
weekly, monthly and annual documents, management of the business office and
coordination of the church events in partnership with the many volunteers active at LPPC.
Cory has a B.A. in Training and Human Development and, while originally from Massachusetts, spent 40 years in Minnesota before coming to New Mexico. She has worked in Human Services most of her career including: management of work experience training programs, career counseling, as administrator for a nursing leadership center at the University of Minnesota, and most recently as a project manager for a veterans resource directory for Congresswoman Heather Wilson. Cory enjoys volunteering and has served as an instructor for citizenship classes for immigrants and refugees, and currently coaches English as a second language.
Being outside has become Cory’s primary focus since re-locating to New Mexico with her husband, John. “I enjoyed raising my three sons in the vibrant city of Minneapolis and spending weekends ‘up north’ at our family cabin. However, if I never experience snow and ice again, I will be quite content.” Cory loves Placitas and spends most of her free time photographing New Mexico, reading, gardening, and cultivating just ‘being.’

Website Manager
Elizabeth Dickson
Elizabeth is a native of Northern California and moved to New Mexico from
eastern Arizona in 2007 with her husband and two children. She is
Public Health Nurse currently working with the New Mexico Department of
Health. Elizabeth also enjoys running, yoga, cooking, gardening, and
finding any excuse possible to spend with family and friends, preferably
outside.
Looking for a way to volunteer at LPPC, Elizabeth took over the website management in January of 2009. However, having absolutely no experience in website design or management, the first year was a steep learning curve. It resulted in a completely new website look for LPPC!
If you have any questions or suggestions regarding our website, please contact me at the email address below or through the church office phone number, 867-5718.
