Mission/Description: The mission of the Nominating Committee is to seek out members of the

congregation who are called to be leaders of the church.

Activities and Accomplishments:

Starting in late September or early October, this committee springs into action. Our task is to find members of the Congregation who are willing to serve the church as a Ruling Elder or a Deacon. These nominees must then be elected by the congregation. Once elected, they are ordained and installed as part of our new church leadership team. This committee also was responsible for finding members to serve on the Pastor Nominating Committee (the committee responsible for finding and recommending our new pastor).
