Casa Rosa Food Pantry began as a grassroots effort of the Las Placitas Presbyterian Church and the Placitas community. Since its doors opened in 2008, Casa Rosa Food Pantry has provided food and essentials for those in need in the Placitas community. Church members continue to support Casa Rosa through monetary and clothing donations. Casa Rosa is an all-volunteer, secular, community-supported organization, and partners with other local nonprofits, as well as county and community agencies to provide access to fresh food and other services.
