The Dignity Mission is a vital outreach of Las Placitas Presbyterian Church, supporting asylum seekers and vulnerable families at the U.S.–Mexico border. Since 2019, we have partnered with Dr. Eva Moya and her team in El Paso to deliver dignity, compassion, and practical assistance to those in need.
What began with small collections of hygiene kits has grown into a large, community-wide effort that brings together dozens of volunteers and thousands of donated items each year. Through dignity kits, food, clothing, children’s supplies, and medical essentials, we provide tangible support while affirming the inherent worth of every person who crosses the border in search of safety and hope.
