Chancel Choir

Our Chancel Choir sings at the 10:30 am service every Sunday (September through May). The choir is directed by Elliot Smith and is accompanied on the piano by Mindy Sampson. Rehearsals are held every Thursday night at 7:00 pm in the church and before each service on Sunday morning. All who want to add their vocal talents to the Chancel Choir are welcome!

Fringe benefits of choir membership: Wages: satisfaction and a good time, new friends and beautiful music; retirement — no particular age, but generally determined when the pianist is unable to play the notes you sing. We look forward to the addition of your voice to the Chancel Choir. The choir and congregation are blessed to perform and enjoy beautiful music in the acoustically superb sanctuary of LPPC.

Special Music: LPPC is a congregation of church members who have incredible musical talents! Many of the vocalists and instrumentalists share those talents with us throughout the year. During the summer, when our Chancel Choir is on vacation, our gifted members take turns performing each week for the worship service. The sharing of their God-given talents is truly a gift to us all. In addition to these performances, special Women's and Men's Choirs are assembled to sing once during the summer.
